Made a big difference on my discomfort of sitting for long periods of time (broken leg down time of 3 months). By looking at the cushion you can tell where most of my weight is distributed. Like that the cushion cover is washable.

I have pinch nerve around my right buttocks or could be sciatic nerve and sitting for a long time is painful but this really helps! Comfort is amazing! Definitely get it!
